Contracted EP teams will supplement Blackline protective details, provide travel and event protection, and execute mission-critical security operations which have little or no margin for error. Client Protection and Threat Mitigation:
- Deliver close protection for principals, families and designated personnel
- Identify, assess and mitigate threats in real time
- Maintain 360 degree situational awareness at all times
- Execute residential, travel and event-based security with precision and discretion
Mastery of Operations:
- Conduct pre-mission planning, site surveys, route advances and safety analyses
- Coordinate with other intelligence, operations and management teams
- Maintain readiness of all equipment, vehicles and protective gear
- Provide written documentation and post-operation reporting as may be required
Professional Attributes:
- Operate with absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Uphold Blackline’s standards of integrity, discipline and operational excellence
- Integrate seamlessly with existing EP teams and collaborate effectively with other outside operators
Qualifications for EP Partner Companies:
- Military Special Operations, federal law enforcement, or elite police unit background strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of EP, protective security, or tactically relevant operational experience
- Valid concealed carry permits and advanced firearms proficiency
- Exceptional physical fitness and ability to perform under demanding operational conditions
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and client etiquette
- Valid driver’s licenses with clean driving records for all agents
- Advanced driving skills also preferred
Ideal Credentials:
- EMT, TCCC or equivalent medical training
- Experience protecting high-profile principals, executives or families
- Ability to deploy on short notice for episodic or travel-based assignments
- Multi-state licensure (or the ability to obtain necessary credentials)
- Bilingual or multilingual language skills a plus
